BPS AUDIO 2-Year Limited Warranty

At BPS AUDIO, we stand behind the quality of our products. That’s why we offer a 2-year limited warranty, beginning from the date of purchase, on all items purchased directly from our official website or from any authorized dealer. This warranty is exclusively available to the original purchaser. Our goal is to provide a seamless experience with your purchase, and if any issue arises, we’ll work diligently to resolve it quickly.

What Does the Warranty Cover?

Our 2-Year Limited Warranty covers defects in materials and craftsmanship resulting from manufacturing errors. If such issues arise during the warranty period, we will address them promptly and, if approved, provide a replacement item.

Warranty Claim Process

To ensure a smooth and efficient process, customers must follow these steps:
  1. Provide a detailed explanation of the issue.
  2. Submit a clear video showing the problem and the product in use.
  3. This video can be sent via email or text message.
  4. Once reviewed, we will inform you if the item qualifies for warranty coverage.
  5. If required, the item must be shipped to us for further inspection (see shipping details below).

What Is Not Covered?

The warranty does not cover the following:
  • Burned or water-damaged speakers.
  • Damage caused by drops, impacts, or contact with foreign objects.
  • Improper care, negligence, or poor packaging during returns.
  • Installation-related problems or damage from incorrect installation.
  • Use of product outside of its specified range (e.g., overpowered speakers, amplifiers running under 1-ohm).
  • Distortion, clipping, or issues caused by improper tuning.
  • Items tampered with, modified, or repaired by unauthorized individuals.
  • Theft or loss.
  • Products bought from unauthorized sellers or dealers.
  • Speaker noises resulting from improper box dimensions or enclosure issues.
  • Products that appear to have been dropped or physically hit.
  • Repeated claims for the same issue, which may be considered misuse.

Return Shipment & Product Handling

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us for warranty verification.
  • If the product qualifies for warranty, we will cover the cost of shipping a replacement to you.
  • If the product does not qualify, the customer will be notified and may choose between:
  • Paying for return shipping to receive the original (non-warranty) item back.
  • Allowing BPS AUDIO to responsibly dispose of the item.

All returned products are thoroughly inspected by our technical team before a final decision is made.
