BPS AUDIO 2-Year Limited Warranty
At BPS AUDIO, we stand behind the quality of our products. That’s why we offer a 2-year limited warranty on all items purchased directly from our official website or any authorized dealer. This warranty is exclusively available to the original purchaser. Our goal is to provide a seamless experience with your purchase, and if any issue arises, we’ll work diligently to resolve it quickly.
What Does the Warranty Cover?
Our 2-Year Limited Warranty covers defects in materials and craftsmanship resulting from manufacturing errors. If such issues arise during the warranty period, we will address them promptly.
What Is Not Covered?
The warranty does not cover the following:
- Burned or wet speakers.
- Damage caused by drops, impacts, or contact with foreign objects.
- Issues resulting from misuse, negligence, or improper care (e.g., damage from insufficient or poor packaging during returns).
- Problems caused by improper installation.
- Damage from using the product outside its intended specifications (e.g., overpowering speakers or subwoofers, or running an amplifier below a 1-ohm load).
- Faults caused by distortion, clipping, or improper tuning.
- Items that have been tampered with, modified, or repaired by unauthorized individuals.
- Theft or loss.
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or dealers.
- Repeated claims for the same product with identical issues, which may be considered misuse.
Return Shipment Costs
Please note that customers must cover the return shipment costs for us to verify the item before any warranty claims can be processed. Our technical team thoroughly inspects all returned products to determine the root cause of the issue. Based on the outlined criteria, BPS AUDIO will decide whether the product qualifies for warranty coverage.
